What is a Pattern Tester?

  • Complete a full quilt top by following the pattern.
  • Take detailed notes including: grammatical errors, inconsistencies, unclear instructions, etc
  • Meet deadlines and stay in communication (via email, Facebook/Instagram messenger)
  • Take photos of progress (fabric pull, assembly, completion)
  • Share pictures with specific tags on your social accounts (i.e. Instagram, FB, Pinterest, etc)
  • Basic sewing skills required. All skills levels accepted.

What are the benefits for a Pattern Tester?

  • Advanced, free copy of the quilt pattern, including the final draft
  • Recognition on social media accounts
  • Name and Instagram handle included in final pattern
  • Support from Designer and networking opportunities with other pattern testers
